2. Description of Service

Athena is a workflow automation platform that enables users to create, manage, and execute automated workflows. The Service may include integrations with third-party services, market data providers, and trading platforms. Athena provides tools for workflow automation and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

3. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Athena cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to cryptocurrency exchanges, market data providers, and social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Athena is not responsible for the actions, content, or data processing practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge that connecting your accounts grants Athena permission to access and use data from those services as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Financial Services Disclaimer

Athena is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. The Service is provided for informational and automation purposes only. Any trading or investment decisions you make are solely your responsibility.

Cryptocurrency and digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using automated trading features.

7. API Usage and Rate Limits

Access to Athena's API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions based on your subscription plan. Excessive use that degrades the Service for other users may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Athena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any workflows, configurations, or content you create using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ATHENA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Athena, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
